Dans un petit chemin sans issue en bordure de forêt et non loin du petit village de COO connu pour ses nombreux attraits touristiques se situe ce bel appartement. Vous prendrez beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir la région riche en promenades et activités diverses et profiterez du sauna pour vous détendre en famille ou entre amis. Les enfants sont en sécurité et jouissent d'un grand jardin Point de départ idéal pour visiter les sites touristiques tels le circuit de Francorchamps, Stavelot, Malmédy, Spa,... Appartement de plain-pied, accessible en chaise roulante • Entrée privative, vestiaire, wc • Chambre N°1 (1X2p :180 cm et 1X1p :90 cm) avec salle de douche privée (douche, lavabo, wc) • Chambre N°2 (1X2p: 160 cm) • Chambre N°3 (1X2p: 160 cm) • Salle de bain commune (bain , wc, lavabo) • Sauna, douche, lavabo, machine à lessiver et séchoir Cuisine équipée, table à manger et salon avec TV, wifi et poêle à pellets • Terrasse avec mobilier de jardin, salon, transats et barbecue au charbon de bois Plaine de jeux, grand jardin, terrain de pétanque, terrain de beach volley, parking Piscine couverte chauffée du 15/4 au 15/10 Tous les lits sont équipés de couettes et d’oreillers Pas de moquette Animaux admis sur demande Maison non-fumeur sauf sur la terrasse Casacoo est la partie en grise au niveau du jardin situé dans la Villa Coocoon.
