Une magnifique piscine est à disposition dans le jardin. Vous serez heureux comme un roi dans ce petit bijou. Vous pouvez préparer de délicieux plats régionaux dans la cuisine moderne complètement équipée avec bloc cuisine, ou papoter agréablement en famille ou avec des amis dans le living spacieux. Découvrez les chambres à coucher colorées, disposant chacune de leur propre salle de bains. Le calme du deuxième étage vous permettra d'apprécier un bon film ou un jeu de société. Grâce à sa situation centrale à 10 petites minutes à peine de l'autoroute, la villa constitue un point de départ idéal pour toutes sortes de belles petites excursions. Un sentier de promenade longe le jardin, conduisant au Val d'Arimont, et la piste cyclable du RAVEL passe également à proximité. En hiver, vous pouvez pratiquer ski alpin et ski de fond à quelques kilomètres de là, dans les vastes Hautes Fagnes. A 15 minutes en voiture se trouve le circuit F1 de Spa-Francorchamps. Nature, culture, sport ou divertissements, chacun y trouve son compte.
