Marina Bay est le nom d’un complexe de 10 maisons construites sur les rives de la Giscle, la rivière qui sépare Port Cogolin de Port Grimaud. La villa se situe près de Grimaud et Saint-Tropez, sur la Côte d’Azur.
Vous pouvez y accéder avec votre propre bateau et amarrer celui-ci (à condition qu’il passe en dessous du pont – environ 3 mètres de haut).
Une piscine est commune aux dix maisons. Elle est entretenue par une société spécialisée. 3 maisons seulement sont proposées à la location, la fréquentation est donc limitée. Les autres maisons sont des habitations privées.
La maison se compose de 2 chambres à coucher (1 lit double et 2 lits simples), 2 salles de bains, une grande pièce à vivre avec une cuisine, une salle à manger, un salon, 3 télévisions et l’air conditionné. Une grande terrasse privative donne directement accès aux pontons avec vue sur la Giscle.
Un parking privé ( 2 places) avec une porte électrique est également disponible .
La maison est à louer pour un week-end ou une semaine. De plus longs séjours sont également possible.
La maison est idéale pour 4 personnes, un 5ème enfant est permis.
